Refund policy

Our hope is that you are completely happy with your purchases from Urban Loon Studios! We understand though, that returns are a fact of life. If you are unhappy with any part of your order, please contact us at chris@urbanloonstudios. Please ask questions before buying if you are unsure about any of our items or downloads.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Because of the nature of digital technology, we are unable to offer refunds on digital products if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason. If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase we’d be happy to refund your money; please contact us.

We are also unable to offer refunds on patterns if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason.

We require a return authorization and a receipt or proof of purchase so please contact us if you would like to return any items. We only accept returns in the original packaging and in the same condition the items were sent to you. Returns must be shipped within 10 days of receipt. Once we receive the item(s) in the original condition, we will send you a prompt refund less the shipping fees.

Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item(s) if they are damaged in transit. Please take photos of the damaged packaging before opening as this may be required for insurance purposes.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Physical products that do not include a digital component may be refunded, less shipping fees, if you contact us within 14 days of purchase to get a refund approval. Physical goods must be returned in new condition to qualify for a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are required to be paid in advance and are not returnable/refundable.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at chris@urbanloonstudios.com.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
